Refugees and migrants arriving at Piraeus

Greece, Piraeus – Refugees and migrants has just disembarked from Eleftherios Venizelos ferry, on the 21st of August 2015. Greek government has chartered Eleftherios Venizelos ferry to transfer approximately 2000 refugees and migrants from Lesvos island to the Greek mainland in an attempt to relieve the Greek islands from the large wave of migration.
